In this architectural competition, we proposed a “woven” façade concept to effectively break down the building’s large mass through a fabric-inspired visual articulation. The internal organization is based on a highly efficient and flexible modular grid system, allowing for future adaptability, with a compact functional core and open office zones arranged along the façade.
On the fifth and sixth floors, the façade grid rhythm is deliberately altered to highlight the conference areas and roof terrace, creating dedicated spaces for breakout activities and special events.
