As part of the consolidation of Deutsche Bank offices, we provided space planning and interior design services for the renovation of an existing building and a new construction connected to it. From design development through execution planning, we continuously maintained and updated all drawings and 3D models to simulate the spatial and visual impact of design decisions.
These highly precise, semi-realistic 3D visualizations were not primarily intended for presentation, but served as a design tool to support informed decision-making throughout the detailed design process. Construction was completed in 2017.
