Eco Tower is a design studio project for a high-rise building that explores the use of wind energy to support natural ventilation in a 200-meter-tall mixed-use tower.
This project marked my first use of fully parametrized design models. The work focused on exploring new form-finding possibilities through algorithmic optimization, while simultaneously enhancing building performance and technical efficiency at a high-rise scale.
In addition, the project provided a comprehensive introduction to the constraints of high-rise planning, including fire protection strategies and the coordination of key regulatory requirements.
